Beth Regardz (real name: Beth Veglia) is an artist and designer who was associated with the Tao Chemical "family." She was a co-owner of India Joze restaurant (along with Rob Brezsny's brother, Tom, and three other partners). India Joze was located in the Santa Cruz Art Center and was host to a number of multimedia events including the International Calamari Festival; Beth was the restaurant's resident artist and was co-author of The Calamari Cookbook. She co-designed Tao Chemical's album cover with B. Modern.

She received a BA from Stanford University in Fine Arts. Since 1989, she has been a Digital Media Instructor at Cabrillo College.
