porter soundbox Room C0-02 the first concert in C0-02 happened in January 2000

john swanson, katie kawaoka, and alana king founded pacific noise while hanging out on b3 center.

the first order of business was to rename C0-02 the porter sound box in order to combat the prevailing feeling that the room was "too small" and it "sounded like crap in there", both of which happen to be true. monthly free punk and indie local shows have been held in this little classroom ever since. although campus gates still close to non students at 8pm.
