No. Rotten Richie and Rick Walker are definitely two different people, though both play the drums. Rick was the drummer of Tao Chemical and a sought-after local drum teacher. Richie, who is African-American, was the drummer of the Child Prostitutes and subsequent owner of Club Culture. I think I'm responsible for the claim that Richie's last name was in reality Walker. I'm relying on my memory for that one, and I may be wrong about it. I'll have to check my sources.
