Warning Sign Records was established by Paul Davis in 2002 to release his own projects in addition to projects by like-minded musicians. Focusing on old-time folk, country and bluegrass music reinterpreted with a modern indie/punk DIY approach, the label has released two compilations, Someday Coming Down and Someday Coming Round.
